Tiny Fisscher

The Netherlands

Dorith Mous

Tiny Fisscher (1958) turned her hand to many things before she started writing, ranging from teaching to massage. Since then she has become an established author. She made her debut in 1999 with The Princess Gift Book and published her first young adult novel a few years later titled Ontdekt! (Discovered). She writes books for both children and young adults, as well as non-fiction about health and awareness for young people and adults. Fisscher is best known for her reinterpretations of classic children’s books. September sees the release of her reinterpretation of Shakespeare’s classic Romeo and Juliet – the first in a new series of modern world classics from the Blossom Books publishing house.
